Shawn Ives founded Direct Link Corporation in 1994 after more than a decade working hands-on in the automotive industry. He began in the reconditioning department, where his obsession with efficiency led him to build internal systems that moved cars to the frontline faster than ever. An entrepreneur at heart, Shawn launched his own pin-striping business before moving into sales and eventually becoming a general sales manager. Drawing from those real-world experiences, he created Carpro—now Carprolive—a fully cloud-based dealership management system that continues to power independent and franchise dealers nationwide.
